Refund & Return Policy

At BelHome Decor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.

If fulfillment has already begun, a processing fee may apply.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
