Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.
If fulfillment has already begun, a processing fee may apply.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
